I spoke with Annie when I called and she was awesome She was able to squeeze me in right before the holiday as most other plumbers had no immediate availability. She took my info & got back to me same day & sent out Will who was professional and had amazing communication with me over the phone as I was at work. My family was slow letting him in to begin the work so his patience was appreciated. I recommend Ihn plumbing and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks guys 🙂

Below is a letter I recently sent to the owner of IHN Plumbing. I've used many different plumbing companies, both personally and professionally,( I manage a business with 7 retail locations), IHN handles all our plumbing concerns. IHN plumbing is by far the best company I've had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend IHN plumbing. Good morning Jim, I just want to drop you a quick note this morning. The interaction that I have had with your staff has been simply superb. The gentleman that was at my house this morning was knowledgeable friendly and quick in getting the rest of my bathroom project accomplished. Annie has been a pleasure to work with, it’s refreshing to work with a vendor that understands who truly is the customer, meaning it’s not me it’s the people we serve. She understands that when we have a plumbing issue at one of our sites it needs to be handled quickly, and she in fact does. Thanks Jim, look forward to a continued great Business relationship.

We were without hot water for maybe a week while we were out of town (my son was here and told me we didn't have hot water). Once we got home I tried every conceivable way to get the water heater working but had no luck. I made several phone calls to have my water heater repaired or replaced and was eventually referred to IHN. I called IHN and spoke with Annie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to call her back several times to figure out payment and schedule and she was very patient and courteous with me. She initially scheduled me for the next day but was able to fit me in the same day, which was great to hear considering we had been taking cold showers for a few days. The installer, Doug came out at the scheduled time and was very informative. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and how long it would take. He got it installed in a timely manner and took the old one away. I would definitely and already have recommend IHM.

I did some research before starting my basement remodeling project. Had several companies come to provide me a quote. I learned more from Jim, the owner, about things to look for than anyone I had met with. I needed an egress window installed and I learned that they are also Master Plumbers, Radon Specialists, and Foundation Experts. I found that by hiring The IHN company I was able to get all of these services provided for my basement remodel. They were able to secure my basement from any future moisture migration along with providing a complete sump pump re-build. I had my Radon system moved during this portion of the basement remodel. The men were polite and asked if there was anything I needed before they left for the day. They cleaned up after each days work and were punctual the following morning. The workmanship far exceeded my expectations, not to mention the one source with a reasonable price.
