I love Ihn Plumbing. They are fair and honest. Straight forward and they do great work!

We had a gas leak develop on a Saturday night and our regular HVAC Contractor was unable to get the repair job done. We called the Ihn Company and it was a real team effort. They sent someone over to temporarily fix the problem and then followed up with a permanent fix. We changed companies to Ihn.

I rarely post reviews about businesses, but I felt compelled to recognize IHN because they’ve really done a great job for us on more than one occasion.
We hired IHN to install a liner in our lateral two years ago. They did a great job. They were on time. Their employees were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up afterward.
We also hired IHN to take care of a backup in our sewer line. Annie was/is an amazing person. Extremely customer service oriented, and is a person who just genuinely tries to help you out. There really aren’t that many people like her around anymore.
They were able to get someone to our home right away which I really appreciated. Mike was professional, friendly, and explained things along the way.
I have just been really impressed with this company. They provide quality service and top notch customer service. Thank you!

I had a great experience with IHN Plumbing, especially Annie, who I spoke with multiple times on the phone. She was incredibly helpful and very kind. Annie helped me with all of my questions and worked with me on any concerns I had. IHN was able to send someone out to my house the following day and when Jake arrived he explained everything that he was going to do. After evaluating the situation with my floor drains, he clearly explained what IHN could do to help me. Jake is very knowledgeable and I was confident that he was giving me good information. IHN sent out a crew within a day or two and worked on clearing my floor drains. Unfortunately my cast iron pipes needed to be replaced so IHN came back in a couple days to replace the pipes. They showed up on time and finished the same day. I am very pleased with IHN Company and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! From the first call with Annie, the in home estimate with Jim to the work from start to finish with Will, Jose and Tony this company is top notch! Annie is funny and set all my worries at ease. Jim is professional and answered all of my questions. We had a collapsed sewage pipe that was causing a backup in our basement, we called Ihn plumbing, and they were out to the house within a couple hours and had the problem diagnosed fixed quickly. Pricing was reasonable, and Mike and Annie were fantastic to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job you have.

Annie was amazing and superhelpful getting me set up with a wonderful plumber named junior who came to the site and worked through a biohazard to get us a new and functioning toilet. I would recommend to everyone who needs professional and efficient service

Honest dependable foundation company!

My water heater failed. Contacted Inh and they were able to send someone same day to quote me on a new one. Signed quote and they had someone out next day to install. Exceptional service and provided a water heater that is currently rated #1. Very professional and left area better than when they came. Definitely recommend for your plumbing needs.

Have used several of their technicians, and each of them were outstanding. We have counted on their work and have been super pleased! We have 54 kitchenettes and IHN Plumbing have done anything and everything for us, with great speed and efficiency. They have never had to come back, nor have we ever had to call them for the same reason; in other words you can count on them!

We conducted a drain tile test with IHN and found out we needed a full replacement in the basement. Being a first time homeowner- Kurt was very professional and walked us through the process and showed us the issue of how the water currently drained. It was must we get it replaced… when it was time to do the job, the IHN crew was on time, very respectful of our space, and efficient. I would recommend them to anybody.

We needed our sewer lateral repaired so I called IHN to find out about their CIPP Lining. I spoke with Annie, she was such a pleasure to talk with. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and arranged to have someone come out to talked to us in a couple days.Greg came and explain the whole process and gave us an estimate right away. He was very honest and knowledgeable.The crew showed up the next week and did a great job. they were professional, friendly ,and efficient. they also replaced an old cast iron sewer pipe in the basement that was cracked and didn’t have to tear out the wall which was awesome! very pleased with their work and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. I’ve used many different plumbing companies, both personally and professionally,( I manage a business with 7 retail locations), IHN handles all our plumbing concerns. Good morning Jim, I just want to drop you a quick note this morning. The interaction that I have had with your staff has been simply superb. The gentleman that was at my house this morning was knowledgeable friendly and quick in getting the rest of my bathroom project accomplished. Annie has been a pleasure to work with, it’s refreshing to work with a vendor that understands who truly is the customer, meaning it’s not me it’s the people we serve. She understands that when we have a plumbing issue at one of our sites it needs to be handled quickly, and she in fact does. Thanks Jim, look forward to a continued great Business relationship.

We had an emergency issue on a Sunday with leaking basement pipes and were very relieved to have prompt, professional assistance from Andrew. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly investigated the problem. Once he diagnosed the cause of the leak, he addressed it in under an hour. He answered all questions and was courteous at all times. Highly recommend.

This company ang its employees are spectacular. .We had standing water in basement, September 12, after many panicked calls, they were the only company to answer phone, come same day, do everything promised . Replaced water heater same day. But most importantly, from the initial call, to the terrific teams who helped us, and the follow-up call were exceptional.

We were without hot water for maybe a week while we were out of town (my son was here and told me we didn’t have hot water). Once we got home I tried every conceivable way to get the water heater working but had no luck. I made several phone calls to have my water heater repaired or replaced and was eventually referred to IHN. I called IHN and spoke with Annie who was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to call her back several times to figure out payment and schedule and she was very patient and courteous with me. She initially scheduled me for the next day but was able to fit me in the same day, which was great to hear considering we had been taking cold showers for a few days. The installer, Doug came out at the scheduled time and was very informative. He showed me exactly what needed to be done, how it was going to be done and how long it would take. He got it installed in a timely manner and took the old one away. I would definitely and already have recommend IHM.

Ihn came out right away for a free assessment. I have some minor water coming through one wall in an unfinished basement. They gave me an honest assessment on what might be causing the seepage, their process to evaluate it and what a fix might entail. I was given some tips on what I might do to alleviate and monitor the problem before potentially opening what could be a can of worms resulting in an entire drain tile job. I plan to monitor the situation for now, but based on their honest feedback I would use Ihn for either this or future jobs should the need arise.

Great response time when we found ourselves swirling! We need properly running plumbing pipes, toilets, and sinks to accommodate the events that we host in our commercial building. IHN provided us with professional and thorough service. It was obvious that their team came with experience as they worked on our system for a timely necessary fix so we could keep business flowing over the weekend. We discovered water in our basement and could not figure out the source. The high winds of late spring blew our roof top cover off and perhaps when it rained water was coming down that way. It could’ve been the chimney. We had chimney and roof people out and no one could identify the source of the water.
Then, Jim, from ICH came out and with 40 years of experience identified the source as a plugged tube from our furnace to the drain. The furnace produces condensation when it’s in air conditioning mode, and that condensation turns to water and it should drain out to basement drain. The tube was plugged thereby backing up the water back into the furnace where it found its way out onto our basement floor. Once unplugged, the drain works and there is no more water backing up.
